Very professional, and yet very personal.

Seems like it was too much red tape. Took a long time. Wasn't sure if I could make it thru out all of the paper work they wanted over & over. Annabelle

I loved working with Veterans United. Even when it looked like it wasn't gonna go our way they found a way.

Between Grant and Dmitry they made the loan process very easy. If I had to go thru the process again I would want them working on it

Closing any day except Friday. They scheduled it for a Friday! Very hard to get hold of. Loan could have closed at least 2 weeks earlier. Plus, he did not follow through on one other request he said he would do for me. And I mentioned to him at least twice. Did not happen! The process was not a good experience!!

My loan officer was Brad Cone. He did an outstanding job working with me to get Mr William Brashear's loan closed. He went above and beyond to make this closing a success.

Our loan team with Veterans United was always readily available to answer questions and took care of all matters above and beyond a satisfactory level.

All were very understanding and we're able to help me with every step along the way. This is my First Home Buying experience therefore overweight like Ming for me at times. The Professionalism of the staff, working with me, were able to guide me through the process.

I think everyone went beyond every effort and we greatly appreciate everything that was done for us.

I think as a first time home buyer, I didnt know what to expect. However, the overall process was ok. The processing of paper work was slow and when I sent information to the rep. I rarely received a email confirmation or a call saying it was received. I feel the underwriters were why out of line and over the top. Maybe that is what they are suppose to do? It could been a better experience, but overall it was again, ok.
