My loan officer was a vital resource and extremely responsive. He really made the experience great and relatively painless for me.
Lack of locked in rate as promised by John Sullivan. He waited so he could get more money at this rate. Also documents were not highlighted as instructed on the second time of refinancing. I will later on be looking for another home mortgage down
