This was an AWESOME experience!!! I called August 2017 just to get info on your organization. Melissa (Mel) took time with me to answer all my questions about how & when the company was started & what their requirements are & what the process involves. In Nov 2017, I called & spoke with Justin Boyd who was very professional & courteous. He took time to answer more specific questions I had about what they will require from me & more importantly my chances of getting a loan through Veterans United based on my circumstances that I laid out for him. He was so positive & sure that I wouldn't have any problem. After contemplating it a couple more months, on Jan 4, 2018 I decided to start the process. Everyone has been fantastic to work with & very helpful.
The ability to text with the specialist and coordinator was much more convenient than email. It took a while to find the right house and I stayed in touch with my team throughout, but I still received spam from a main veteran's united email. It was irritating enough that it was taking so long for me to find the right house and these just made it worse.
Veterans United provided great service. The website interface made it easy to stay on top of our items to complete in the process of applying and closing. All of the resources provided were fantastic in helping id's be informed on how the home buying process works.
Danielle Thomas recommended Veterans United and I’m so thankful she did. Throughout the process Veterans United was praised by both realtors and everyone that came in contact with them.
