went a lot smoother then i thought. everyone was very prompt with their end of the transaction & patient.
The whole process was honestly a headache. Nothing was explained, tons of phone calls and emails not answered for days. We finally spoke to supervisor Andy Miller and he got us grounded, took time to explain everything, only positive expierence was dealing with Andy. This is third time dealing with this loan officer [Eric] and each time has been like this, that is why we reached out to the supervisor.
