The process was terrible. My disclosures were screwed up multiple times. I was charged an appraisal fee, even though I explained that I was referred and nobody reached out to me from veterans united. My mortgage officer acted snobby.
We had a really good experienced. Everything was completed in a very timely mannered. Highly recommended.
