I think it was really a combination between my realtor and Veterans United that made this happen.From what I've heard the selling agent was being really tough on this property however it went through.I was notified beforehand that closing a house in 30 days would have been tough but it was still under the 45 (barely) as was suggested before, so that was also something that I would have to acknowledge and cannot fault.
I chose 7 because there was a communication error on the part of VU that pushed out closing 3 days.
Our experience from the first call, to the very end was exceptional. Our loan team, Clayton, was fantastic. He kept us in the loop the entire time and even after hours.

Almost every other lender takes 45 days and barely makes the closing time, Veterans United did it in 36 days. Our landlord is selling our house and Veterans United did not waste any time getting the loan processed started!
