I was at the lowest point in my Life. My dad was in a tragic accident at work. Hit in the head with a pipe. Had 2 surgeries and his brain still bleeding. Our family will be taking him off Life Support Monday..however..Josh checked on me with my status and went the extra mile to help get through this process of refinancing at a difficult time like this. I am so Blessed. He is an amazing guy. He cares about our Veterans. I am so grateful. Josh is Genuinely a Awesome Guy
I have no prior experience to base my process against. My loan team was very helpful and made the loan process seem simple. I did not necessarily agree with every requirement for the loan process.
The online account was a big help but didn't always work. A few times we could not access the documents we needed to review/sign and had to call in for technical assistance.
