The loan process went smoothly with the help of the people at United Veterans. They said they would have us in a home within 45 days and they kept their word. Good people, respectful to our needs and all around the best.
Repeated times throughout the process and especially within weeks of the closure of the house, we were requested to send the same documents that we had sent multiple times before to the same person. We we're not made aware of any problems or questions that would arise until late in the day giving us little to no time to contact our agent before he was gone for the day.
