Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.
Reece is awesome! He really puts his all into his clients and I greatly appreciate him for that. The experience was stressful but worth it. I got my dream home and I am forever thankful.
Veterans United made the process really smooth. The portal was very user friendly and made things really easy. Any documents they needed I was able to upload and send to them using their portal and anything I needed to view or sign was attached to the TO-DO list under my profile. Highly recommend this Lender.
