I only got contacted when I didn't go and figure out how to complete tasks without any help. And even then, it was just a simple, "you have tasks to do." My realtor did almost no work when it came to searching for a house and even did the final walkthrough without me (I didn't know that was not normal since I HAVEN'T DONE THIS BEFORE).
