Every member of the team we were on was GREAT! Always responsive, we actually dealt with REAL people, not just recordings. The portal is great and easy to use and now we can continue to use it to make our mortgage payments and communicate with Veterans United Home Loans. I had a great experience with Veterans United, everyone was professional and they absolutely knew their jobs, so that made the house buying process easy for me. Thanks for the hard work.
VeteransUnited is good at getting Veterans as customers, but my experience is that once they get you their customer service is awful. I have worked with numerous lenders over the years and this is the absolute worst. I am currently trying to get my account straight since May. Customer service agents not trained/knowledgeable to assist. Gets various information but no resolution.
