This was an incredibly long process. There was patience required on the part of the lender and myself. For the most part this purchase was painless and well executed. We had some major issues that delayed the actual closing to include employment verification. Some of the issues have yet to be worked through. Everything leading up to closing was handled in a very professional manner. Response times were outstanding and the information was accurate. Closing was poorly executed but quickly remedied.
The process was easy to follow. They had a program where I can put all my documents in or I can send back via email. Veterans United made it easy to complete.
It was a pleasure working with Krystal and Toni, they kept me informed with what I needed to do and got me my loan and closed very fast. I will highly recommend you!
