They made everything seem so easy and really helped us understand everything!
The only negative (and not so much a negative) is if you have a customer going through the credit counseling phase, really coach them on everything to be expected and not just paying down credit cards. I was told to pay my cards down to $5 and get below 30% usage when you actually should have them completely paid off. This (not major) was an issue when the debt-to-income ratio was calculated. Also have them look at the entire credit file so there will not be any "surprises (this need to be paid off etc.)" when it come to the big elephant in the room "UNDERWRITING". For first time home buyers, everything should be explained and not just assuming they would understand or just read up on it. It's a lot and can be very overpowering and stressful.
Overall the process with the team was great, very smooth and seamless. They were able to guide me In the right direction, were quick to respond and made sure everything they needed was received in a timely manner
