We had a great experience with Veteran United. We was very pleased with everyone we had to deal with. Our personal loan specialist Joe Ferling was very helpful with everything and he was very good at answering all our questions and helping our experience buying a house a great one. He is a true professional.

Our real estate agent Anjy Cooper was fantastic. She was very helpful with staying on top of all
paper work/procedures with buying a home. She stayed in constant contact with us answering our questions and handling any problem that came up. She is a real credit to her profession.

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the whole process. I would Absolutely recommend veterans united VA loans to any veterans. I thank veterans united for all the assistance I received from start to finish. I could not have asked for a better outcome.

I found that his assistant was of great value in all he did for me. Tyler Harriman took lots of phone calls and tutored me in how to send information back and forth on the computer. Without all of his help I don't think I could have done this on my own. Even the phone receptionist were patient in helping get connected to the right person I needed to talk to. This is an event in my life that will be unforgetable.

I do not believe that the process really should end this way. I signed papers on 8/14. A single house key was left for me under the front door mat. During the final inspection, I asked that I get a key to the storage shed that had been locked after the initial house inspection. The storage shed also has the water heater in it. I have no access to it.
I have asked Rhiza multiple times to get the key issued resolved. Her response is below. She said to get a locksmith. I still do not have a mail key either. I was told to wait around to find the mailman. Maybe this is "how it works", but it is not accectable to me. My whole experience with Veterans United as been less than professional. From the circus with Brad and financing, to now locked out a room on my property. Knowing what I know now, I will be sure to tell everyone to use Quicken Loans for their VA/FHA loans. It's been a true nightmare with Veterans United.

Bella Morris was an amazing real estate agent with pro 100. She is very honest, hard working and again has put up with a lot every time my wife said we want to quit Bella kept my wife positive and got her to calm down. I truly recommend Bella Morris to everyone thats around Joplin Mo as an agent for couples wanting a house for them. She knew what we were looking for but my wife didnt want to give it a chance but needless to say it was the house we bought and she kept saying u can paint the house its only cosmetic give it a chance and realized wow she knew before we did what we wanted.

When we had questions or concerns, we felt as though they weren't handled or answered as quickly as they could have been. And when paperwork was needed from us we felt rushed. It left us feeling frustrated and confused. Most importantly, we felt as though our concerns weren't as important as the stuff they needed from us. I feel like the term "ASAP" was used too much towards the end of the process. It would have been better to say "at your earliest convenience" instead. But that's just our opinion.

We are grateful for all of the hard work that was put into getting us our home.

I really had an easy time understanding the process for each item regarding our Loan. Zach is a class act and deserves some recognition. I have recommended a few friends that will be buying a home, if they come back to me I will be writing an introduction email for Zach.

Dmitry Choukline - Former Marine - He & I hit it off perfectly. I appreciated his "get it done" attitude.
He knew I was serious and needed the job done. Whatever was needed, he immediately alerted me and I took care of it. Just like old times back in the Corps! Marines get the job done.

THANKS Kinsey Finklang-You got things started for me. her following up with me was perfect each time. She never forgot about me in my busy life. And has always answered my questions thoroughly when asked.

All was good. However, as said above, more communication with buyer. More preparation on finalizing the closing process. To be able to predate documents for signing, so the individual has ability to turn around documents, So that the documents arrive on specified date that was indicated on documents. Never send out documents on Friday. Timing on turn around needs fixing.
