this wood be fine if the did not lose the paper work we sent in an make you what so long to pass papers we lost 3 weeks some place ! plus I never seen that the one doing the buying have to do all the work with papers ! all an all we got the house !

The underwriters are very very picky and can't think for them selfs. Not taking into consideration any of my income and then asking a explanation on why such a large amount of money is deposited every 2 weeks. Really dumb on there part.

They were sometimes not available when I had concerns or questions but they always got back to me promptly. It was just hard to know when they were in the office or not. An e-mail about their available days and times would have been helpful.
