One area that we would have appreciated more guidance would be the constant changing numbers of our closing. One minute we owed, the next we were getting money back. The numbers swung wildly, especially right at the end. We were given the "final" closing document and then 2 days later, it changed drastically when we got the call the day before closing from Katie. Right up until less than an hour before closing, we didn't have accurate numbers. We had to sign all the documents at closing and then go arrange for a wire at our bank AFTER closing. It was an extremely anxious situation.
