POOR information sharing. As a first time home buyer, all of the LAST MINUTE errors and changes were extremely unnerving to me. The delays in closing, cost me time and money and forced me to pay discount points that was total unnecessary had your team kept me better informed.Replacement cost coverage insurance??? Why do I have to have$256,000 coverage on a $60,000 loan
