Very straight foward and helpful with that said understanding.
Everything was great just wish the whole process was done faster without all the delays but I guess that is expected.
The best service and communication I had no hoops to jump through but just had to wait and be patient for every one to communicate . All I can say is well done to Tyler Sadich and all who where envolved

It started with not qualifying for a loan based on my credit, after working with the Lighthouse department I was able to bring my score up enough in about a month! The whole prices has been very good.
I feel my loan agent had a responsibility to represent me and failed for whatever reason. I also feel his communication was very lacking. I sent emails with suggestions offering to do things and I do not feel they were attended to properly.
It was a experience that was trying and if it was not for luke whaley and rob it would have been worse but they got it done and my hat is off to luke he was outstanding with this process he answered all our questions and kept us informed
All members of the loan team were very very helpful could not have ask for a better team of professionals
