everything was great except faxes hardly got received at veterans united and sending documents through email to get signed that was an issue coming from veterans united. other than those two issues everything went very smooth
Too much duplication of documentation. Questions about sewer and water services made no sense...

The people of Veterans United Home Loans are very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to assist us and get our home on time. They were always on top of things and was very informational as to what was needed.

Poor communication, poor follow through, need to improve reviewing of documents. We found errors consistently all the way up to the close. Actually, on the day of close, the title company had me drive back an hour to resign documents. Wrong ones sent

Loan officers seem to have a significant lack of knowledge. Loan took 3.5 months. Some docs stated signature needed when it was not & vise versa Docs stated against fed law to misstate info, told to sign even when info was wrong
i thought they were very professional and very courious kind and helpful not to add the long hour and hard work they put in.i would recommed them to any one who is trying to purcase a home.A-t
