Overall I was pleased with the professionalism of my Loan officer and the transaction coordinator. Some parts of the process seemed very unorganized or repetitive, however, not a terrible experience.
Started off great, Mason & everyone was so nice & efficient, but in the end could not get a final number, my locked rate changed & in the end i was not happy & still not happy.
