The underwriters are your worst team members; no timely communication and requesting one piece of information at a time, rather than everything at once is grossly inefficient and resulted in redundancy of requests.
Because to many people get involved. I ran into a problem where one person didn't get the forms you needand then you need to resend it. Absolutely REDICULOUS.
