The only thing that I can recommend to improve upon would be better communication between the underwriter and the loan officer to ensure a more stream-lined process for requesting information from the purchaser that the underwriter needs.
Wow where do I start? Multiple people doing different things and no one on the same page. People telling me they have everything they need then asking for more documentation. Closing was missed due to underwriter and now I'm out of space.
Tina Cigala and her assistant (Erin) were the most helpful people!!! We closed on our home with ease. Tina helped with overcome a couple of obstacles with ease!! Tina and Veterans United is fantastic!
