You should leave more room for comments so upper management could learn more about the truly professional staff who deal with the customer on a day to day basis. It has been an honor and my priviledge to be served by the very best. Thanks again Steve and Codi
Very easy to get through the process. Angie and Catie walked me through it all and were quick to answer phone calls and emails.

Ironically there is nothing on here to rate the underwriting process. Hands down, out of the 3 houses I have purchased, this underwriting process was the worst. I hate to speak ill of anyone that is working for a living and I really didn't want to leave this review for that reason. I would send the same document, with the same content 4 times and then be told to submit a clearer copy. I could go on and on but I won't. I am very happy with the amount of work Jason put in at the end and do feel that he will pay dividends to Veterans United. Again, the only negative feedback I want to be heard is in regards to the underwriting process knowing full well that that is VU's safeguard.
Very smooth and stress free process. Blake Wollard and his team are very professional and I would recommend Veterans United to any other veteran based on my experience with the team I worked with.
I am very satisfied with the service provided.
Mason did a wonderful job. My wife and I had never bought a home before. He got us the paperwork we needed very quickly. He also was very thorough in his explanations which made the process very easy for us. We experienced no delays in closing and everything went perfect. Mason did a wonderful job for us.
When a person ask for a loan, the loan officer should have one list that they give the requestor telling them everything they need to get the loan approved. The loan officer shouldnt be asking for 500 other papers and identity crap four more times just to please the under writers. Get rid of all those idiots (under writers) and thats putting it nicely. I should only have to prove my identity by my DD214 and social security number and maybe one picture id. It was more of a hassel to get those idiots to tell me whether I was approved or qualified for the amount I asked for on the loan. Ive never had to provide as much info for all my previous loans.
BLUF: Make this process less stress full and easier for veterans to get their VA loans.

Smoith process, always available for questions no matter how simple resolution, they always made us feel like we were their most important customer. You don't see it often, but when you can pick up the phone, call your contact person and they answer on the first ring! No menues, recordings, no voicemail! A real live person! Wow! I was very impressed with the professionalism of your organization.
I would and will recommend VU to anyone that I know who wants to buy a home and is a veteran including my son and his wife when it they get ready to buy. This has been a very non stressful experience through the entire process.

Ms. Sarah Lark deserves special recognition for her prompt, professional, and exceptionally conscientious processing of our loan application. She was an absolute delight to work with.
