First time home buyer and using VA benifits, VUHL is the way to go. Process I thought would be stressful but was extremely managable.
I was constantly having to re-accomplish the same paperwork. Also, my property tax calulation was way off causing me to bring more money to closing that wasent necessary. Now I'll have to wait till the end of the year for a refund of that money.
They where very professional, fast, and really friendly to work with.
