Everyone I spoke with was personable and efficient and pleasant to do business with. Helpful and returned phone calls or emails right away. I felt I could trust them and they helped us a lot.
As a buyer, I would have liked to know timelines for each step in the process so I could plan my end of things better. For example, I thought signing of docs was closing of the escrow. I was not aware of a 2 day recording time frame.
Matt was a very patient individual and put up with a lot of crap from me. He worked quite a bit after hours and overall was a very knowledgeable individual.
