As a first time home buyer I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and helpful group of people.
We were fortunate enough to be recommended a specific loan officer that went out of his way to ensure all questions were answered & answers were understood.
Overall the experience was great. However, the loan underwriter kept causing problem after problem after problem. VU must not deal with executives, who work in multiple locations and do not commute to an office.

It was a hard process. Jason and Shanon did a really good job but back in May I told Shanon that all of our house hold goods and in storage and we will not have access to any documents. She told me that we are finished sending info but that was wrong
