Even though I was purchasing a house that was in another state, Veterans United made the process much easier than I expected. I am very pleased with the whole process.
Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Some of the things requested by the underwriters seemed unnecessary and confusing. We understand there are guidelines.We do appreciate getting the loan.

It went smooth up until the last work day before closing. The POA and MS Homestead law interpretation caused some stress with my family. It moved the closing a few hours, but the weekend was very stressful.
Laura and Shan were very professional and informative personnel. It was a pleasure and it would behoove any person that is looking to refinance to talk to these outstanding persons. They should be commended for they would go beyond the call of duty.
My wife and I never felt overwhelmed at any point in this experience. Our loan officer and her transaction coordinator communicated with us clearly to keep us informed of the current & next steps in this process which kept us from ever feeling lost.

One of the easiest experiences I have ever had with any banking or financial institution...
I don't like that I was dealing with 3 different people about my loan process. My closing was a week later then expected partially because of paper work that was not done correctly. Other than that, I had a good experience.
Mr Littrell would be a asset in any company.
