This entire process has been one of the easiest things I've ever done!
Began pleasant - minor hiccups. Turned poor at closing. Despite my efforts to be proactive, staff generally reactive. Worst part - closing specialist changed loan (costs) night before closing without attempting to notify me - totally confusing.
I appreciate everything that was done on my behalf. However, I found it very stressful to be told everything was okay and looking good only to be told that more information was required.
The process was clear and well executed.
