We were very happy with Scott he was very friendly and easy to work with Kelly was precise and friendly also. It would have been nice to have had someone go over the complete closing cost and the other figures very soon in the beginning.

Though underwriting was a huge headache due to them every time finding some other last minute thing they wanted which I wish they would have been a little more on the ball instead of 6 or 7 trips to underwriting. Luckily nick did a good job.
