Though Veterans United appealed to us in many ways our experience with Ben was challenging. Though always polite and kind on the phone it seemed like documents were frequently miss placed. I believe that Ben had our best interests at heart.
Being in the banking industry, it's rare to find an organization with employees that execute and communicate like Sydney McFall and the VU staff. I have recommended several people to VU, who have also had rave reviews of the process.
