You "guys" look at the total person or family in order to make a very fair decision. Where other lending companies would see problems you saw what was right & proper.

Even though it wasnt a face to face business deal ( which for some is hard) they were honest and very forthrite. If something wasnt right or if you as the buyer couldnt do it they would let you know and wont sugar coat it to appease you.
