From day one the VU staff got me in the right direction showed me that I can buy a house something I thaught I would never be able to do, the VU staff took care of me and my family if i didnt understand something i got the answer and they got it done
My experience was very pleasing for my wife and I. The help I received from my loan officer and his assistant was outstanding. They were always there to answer any and all questions I had throughout the entire loan process.
We feel this man got us our house. From the first day our request for a pre-approval letter, came same day and we were able to put our bid in. There was several offers, and if we had had to wait around, we would of lost it, we r positive about it.
I worked with Ryan Bray through must of this process, but Stefanie Cade and Chris Sale were excellent as well, especially when ran into many issues with title company on day of closing! Hats off to you all.
