my only suggestion that would make it somewhat easier to navigate the process, would be to state that perhaps the size of the "team" could be scaled back by a member or 2.I sometimes felt that the right hand did not know what the left was doing. other than that I felt everyone was really working at it. And thanks for getting our personal papers back to us Mike. Barbara and I appreciated everyone's efforts!
As an over the road truck driver there are many complications get additional paper work. You need to send everything you are going to need with the first packet so people don't have to jump through hopes to get you what you need. I have customers to take care of and when I have to tell them I can't do something I lose money. Several times in this proses I could not work because you need some other form from me that should in my estimation been asked for from the start. Pushing back the close was not a problem for me but with ever form I sent in the next day you would as for two more that is very unprofessional if I did that to my customers I would keep them long.
Too many people involved in information gathering. Too much last minute info that could have been done earlier. You should not have to wait until a couple of days before settlement to know your load is approved.
