The biggest problem that I had was that when ever more paperwork or information was needed from me, it most often asked for late on Friday afternoons, if I needed to reach anyone they were already gone for the day, and even if I was able to send the information back ASAP, it would have to sit in a email inbox for the weekend, until when someone came in to get them. Also due to time difference between your office and where I live sometimes reaching someone was a challenge

If possible, refrain from from duplicating the same paper work. I see no future improvement needed at this time.
Give referral bonus to the person that is a vu customer already and recommended you to someone else, i.e. My daughter and her husband used you guys for their mortgage a little over a year ago, and then when I went to buy a home she recommended you all--and I did use you, she should get an incentive for recommending. After all, it is word of mouth that keeps business coming back.
