Verify the documents in clients files prior to asking for them over and over again. I was asked several times for the same documentation that I had already sent sent that hadn't been changed from previous. Also when a client calls and tells you that something is needed take note and action. I was in need of a letter or justification to seller for a repair, the realtor and I both called and requested it from VU and 3 weeks later VU called us asking for the status and said the repair was holding up progress on closing. Repeat documents were asked of my realtor as well. Suggest improving filing system and reviewing files before asking for them again.
