The first two loan officers were horrible, but our last loan officer made up for it. He did a very good job in keeping in touch and letting us know whats going on.
The loan officers assistance should be more caring for of the clients in answering any questions they may have returning the calls etc...........
Everything about VU was amazing, I am so glad we picked them to handle our first home purchase ever. Our loan officer, Eric, was perfect. He answered every single little question I had, even when I had already asked him that question. What I didn't like was that when we went under contract, his partner Dustin, started handling our file instead of Eric, and I didn't like Dustin. We are first time home buyers, so we didn't know what to expect or what was expected of us, and he made me feel so stupid most of the time when talking to him. I didn't like being handed off to his partner at all, I much preferred working with Eric. Eric sent us a package that included a toy for our toddler, it was the sweetest thing ever :)
