Because VA knows the system and all the required paperwork tha is necessary in order to get a loan and close on a property, VA should inform the client ahead of time of everything that they need because I had to send additional paperwork that I already had on hand but was not informed of it until a couple of days later. Engage the client daily to ensure comfort and an easy transition.
