The ball was dropped at the end of the process. Some paperwork was needed that we didnt know about until the day it was needed. The loan almost didnt happen because of that. Patrick was very kind and was on top of things. My only thought is if he had pushed things on his end more, the closing wouldnt have taken quite as long to happen. In my opinion, it took way too long to go through the processing department. I turned in everything that was asked in very quickly; usually less than 12 hours. Since we were living in a hotel, in between homes, having someone to push the closing to a closer date would have been greatly beneficial.
It was a very long drawn out process. We also had some confusion with the interest rate but overall it was not a bad experience.
