We ran into some serious issues where we were told exactly what our loan officer was told except what he was told turned out to not be exactly the truth or full story. Not our officers fault and he went above and beyond in the end for us.
The service is very excellent. We were guided thoroughly by our loan officer during the processing of our home loan. Moreover, provisions of pre-disclosure agreements gave us more time to read and understand the contract.
I would highly recommend any one I new that was looking for a house to call Veterans United. We did not understand any thing about buying a home and Veterans United took the time to explain the whole process and made buying a house very easy.

We did have some problems with some people not being aware that some of the info we submitted was requested twice. The biggest problem was getting my VA eligibility updated. They were about 2 weeks to a month behind
