I think Veterans United should relay all information to the future homebuyer, regardless of it's it's a phone interview or an in-person interview. I found out a lot fo the information AFTER the fact (things I needed to provide, why I caouldn't do this and that, etc.), and it really frustrated my wife and I, with us being firsttime home buyers. There was so much paperwork that we thought were "needless", but if we knew all of that at the beginning, it would've made everything easier for us. On another note, we appreciate VUs help in making us proud homeowners. Thank you!!!
Communication between the VU team members. It was frustrating speaking to one member and everything be fine, and a day later receive an email asking for more documentation.
