The difficulty experienced by my wife and I was not with our loan officer from VUHL. The underwriter was not very professional nor organized. He/She through a series of unreasonable requests caused an extended period of time to pass which resulted in an increased interest hike from 4% to 4.75% or an additional $27,000 to the total loan. As hard as Nate worked for us, the underwriter worked very hard against us. I would highly recommend both VUHL and MR. NATHAN REEVES and only hope that those to whom I\'ve recommended be serviced by another underwriter. Thank You for the opportunity to express our thanks to both the company and Nate and our extreme displeasure with the unknown underwriter.
