Would rather not comment about Mr. Allen as I was not very satisfied with his service however his assistant Chris Holdman was excellent and help whenever we had problems or questions.
Loan officer was fairly easy to get in touch but making it a little easier would be nice

Dave Buchner was the only person I talked with for the entire process. As my rating above reflects, he was cordial and professional as we navigated through the VUHL wickets. My satisfactory rating of the agency is an opinion of the managerial requirements expected of me--your customer. I have purchased six personal residences prior to the refinance, and I can say unequivocally that the process with VUHL was more tedious and irritating than any or all others. The firm seems to have "requirements" based on some person(s) whim rather than the regulatory requirements. Only senior leadership should levy or approve the requirements placed on your potential customers--not underwriters and/or mid-level management.
