It was hard to get ahold of people. It usually took 2 or 3 calls or emails to get a response and then only 1 questin out of the email would get answered.
Get all information needed as fast as possible so buyer will know when they are approved much earlier even if they have to wait two or three weeks for clothing
You need to provide your customers with the ability to have a representative present during closing, some documents were difficult to understand and one paper had to be corrected due to an error present on it. It made it hard on us.
