Ask for all needed information within the first two weeks of the paperwork going through and a home has been chosen. Have the loan officer be able to answer important questions instead of giving scripted answers to questions that were not asked.
Joey and Jessica were very kind, polite, and generally showed concern for us. I would suggest better attention to detail. There were admin and number/price errors along the entire process. My retaliator ended up catching most of the errors.
