Need to advise better on requirements for a VA loan. My husband and I were brand new to the process of buying a home, and a lot of things happened at the last second because we didn't know and weren't informed that we needed to complete them, such as every standing building on the property had to have a termite inspection. The loan officers also were confused and mistakes my property for another during the inspection phase, even sent me information from another person's loan and home, so that was kind of unprofessional. Juliana was also very ambitious in her language, it was hard to understand what she was asking for at times but she was very kind.

My loan officer was always available at the beginning of starting the loan but it seemed as time went on it was more difficult to reach him. He was AMAZING and I am sure he was busy but that would be my only improvement if any!
