I had great service with this company. the only thing I was not satisfied with was the amount of items requested by the company. I had to send entirely too many different items in order to secure this loan. but overall, I was satisfied with my loan officer and his help to secure this loan for me.
The most difficult problem we had was with the underwriters asking for things so close to closing time, and the things they had issues with, could have been taken care of long before that. That caused a great deal of stress for us.
