The home buying process is enough to make anyone's head spin. Dave, Molly and Veterans United made the whole process rather smooth, especially being in different states. But that's where I think Veterans United can improve--I would love to see an online document management program. If all the documents could be uploaded to a profile that the buyer could view, sign, and submit using a digital signature, the home buying process would be much simpler! Those last minute "rush home to print, scan, and email/fax" situations could be eliminated. There are phone apps that already use the technology to scan and sign documents, having it in an online profile at Veterans United would be very advantageous .

I would have preferred a mobile app to calculate closing costs. We were unable to enter bids on the weekend because we did not have a clear idea of how much closing costs would be to enter a competitive price for houses.
