My loan officer and coordinator experienced a lot of difficulty organizing documentation, and they frequently misplaced documents. This happened in many, many instances with several sets of documents. They were not familiar with their own processes, and I was forced to escalate an issue to work around them.Coordinator was a terrible communicator. He failed to respond even when time was of the essence. When I complained to my loan officer he was very defensive and verbally rude. Suggested that I go elsewhere!!I was not treated as a customer. I was disrespected. I've never been more unhappy about business transaction. Shame on you for pretending to care about veterans!
