OVERALL I WOULD SAY OUR EXPERIENCE WHILE LONG WAS GOOD. THE ONLY THAT COULD BE IMPROVED WOULD BE THE LENGTH OF TIME UNDERWRITERS NEED TO REVIEW DOCUMENTS SUCH AS INSPECTIONS AND APPRAISALS.
