the delay in closing that I experienced upset me , my house appraised for less than it was worth, the loan so I ended up having to put some money down and then at the last minute the loan officer told me that I would have to pay 500 dollars a month in taxes for the escrow which was bullshit because no one in the region pays that much in taxes. I told Kody that I am a service connected combat vet, which entitles me to a 24 k tax abatement for my home from the state of indiana , but he didnt seem to understand that , so for the first year in my home, I have to pay 500 a month in taxes. Either way, I will get the money back next year, but that money could have come in handy.
Provide more information to FTHB, as they little to no experience with the process and it may be extremley fustrating.

Celina and Alycea were both very helpful and extremely hard working but there are other departments and people in your company that do not have the same work ethic as these two. There were a few steps along the way that got slowed down due to people leaving our file at the bottom of their pile or leaving work and not finishing what we needed done and a lack of communication. A look into this will easily find the members of your team who do not have the same dedication as Celina and Alycea.
