There was a recurring issue with my loan officer and his/her team losing my sent documents. I sent several items 4-5 times which was not necessary.
There were a few emails I received asking for additional information that were written very quickly and without a good explanation. Being a novice to the intricacies of the process, I found myself having to ask for additional clarification on two separate emails. It was NOT a big deal, but it is something that could be improved upon.
