I felt out of the loop a lot. I wish I was informed more what was going on .
Have all their demands clear and concise for what is needed in preparing for the loan. We know that things have changed since our last home purchase, but because of demands that had NOTHING to do with the funds needed for closing, it postponed our closing date from the 16th to the 27th!
Wow, hard question...no negative experiences.
No recommendations, If the process gets handled the way Jeff done it you can assure there are no improvements needed.

Overall, I was satisfied with my experience in purchasing my first home. My only real complaint is that it seemed like Tony and Emily did not communicate with each other very well. They would both ask me for the same things that I had already sent to the other. Or one would say that an item was acceptable and the other said it was not. My suggestion would be to always CC each other on ALL correspondence between the buyer and Realtors.
Better communication would have been nice. But it all worked out in the end.

There's nothing I can offer in the way of improvements; Lee and Morgan far exceeded anyone's right to expectations in each and every aspect of our interaction. Seldom have I ever encountered such professionalism delivered in such a pleasant fashion as Lee and Morgan bestowed on us. There was never a contentious instant, the process was straight as an arrow from start to finish, and even the great blizzards of '13 were no match for the guys on my team. Thanks Lee!! I dont think that there is much that could be done to make the process any easier.
Our experience was wonderful and we have no complaints. We really cannot say enough great things about our loan officer and everyone we worked with.

I wouldnt change anything with VU. The personnel that we dealt with were prompt and professional. Everything happened expeditiously (sometimes more than I expected, good thing) and efficiently.
Get the underwriter on the same page as the loan officer.
i had a really great experiance, we had constant communication which made things much easier.
I can't think of any thing at this time.
The only improvement I would recommend is to help military and vets with expedient services if they have to re-deploy so closings can be done faster if all paperworks and informations are in order.
I can't think of a way for improvement. Winsor was excellent at everything we did. I hesitated to refinance because of the hassle involved with paperwork and problems. Winsor made it simple. No hassle, no problems. Extremely pleased with the process and the results.
I think if Ryan Ponder and Ross Pierson keep doing what they did for our family then everyone will be happy and I thank them for an outstanding job!
