The process went very smoothly. We were given adequate notice of necessary documentation. Most transactions were either telephonically or seamless e-mails without any repeats or misunderstandings. all in all, it was a very smooth transaction. Thank You to all involved!
The process took a very long time from start to finish. I think some of that was due to the slow response time of my local government agencies. Also, the notary didn't get the closing papers until almost literally the last minute, giving me no time to review the paperwork before the closing itself.
