IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU REALLY HAD THE VETERAN IN MIND.IT WAS LONG PROSESS AND WE FELT SOME THINGS THAT WERE ASK ,DID NOT HAVE ANY BEARING ON THIS LOAN.AFTER WE GOT OUR PRE APPROVIAL,WE WERE TURNED DOWN. ON OUR CLOSING DAY ,A BLOW FROM A E-MAIL,THAT MR KINCHELOE SENT,TELLING US OUR DEBT TO RATION WAS A LITTLE HIGH,WE NEEDED TO SELL OUR HOUSE FIRST ,OR PAY OFF A CAR OR ASK FAMILY FOR A LOAN. IT WAS VERY STRESSFUL AND FELT LIKE A NIGHTMARE.IT WAS AFTER OUR REALTOR SPOKE TO MR.KINCHELOE THINGS CHANGED.WE FELT MR. KINCHELOE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.AT CLOSING WE ALSO WAS TOLD A HIGHER INTEREST RATE,NOT SURPRISED,!!
Va loans have to be the most frustrating of all, The only thing that i found annoying,so many different people to go through paperwork and so at times i didn't know who was the best person to contact for information. I don't think it's the company, its the more the process for the VA loan.so the only thing i could recommend is to let the family member know who to contact at each stage of the loan.

It is working very well. Home buying is usually much more difficult for any first time buyer. It seemed like although routine for your staff, the entire process would have even gone faster, save for my schedule and two major holidays.

we were given excellent service
Over all, everything went over very smooth. The only issue we had was the appraisal. It took the appraiser much longer than anticipated to complete his/her task. I was scheduled to close on January 29, 2013, but because it took so long for the appraisal to come back, I didn't close until February 13, 2013. Besides this small hiccup, everything was perfect. Keep up the good work!

I don't think that I could recommand any changes. My wife and I were just talking a few days ago that we have never done a refi when we were not face to face with a mortage rep. This was by far the easiest refi we have ever done.
I think a great job was done.
Ensure that the steps of your process are clear to your clients, so they understand what the expectations are throughout the loan process, this is not a reflection on my loan officer, just an observation.
